The First Cycle

This phase covers grades one through four and aims to provide a rich learning environment that encourages students to learn and supports them at the beginning of their careers. Since the first cycle is the first building block of education and represents the basis in the educational ladder, the school has been interested in providing teaching staff with experience in modern teaching strategies, and who exert sustained efforts to communicate information in an appropriate and easy way to students. The school also devotes constant attention to students in need of academic sponsorship; where qualified teachers are in charge of learners with special needs at this formative stage.

The school takes proper care of physical education activities at this stage. It has assigned professional swimming trainers and experienced physical education specialists who contribute to the Sports Day activities.

Al Sult school has always organized educational and recreational trips as well as extra-curricular activities throughout the academic year. 

The school administration makes sure that the welcoming students cafeteria promotes healthy food habits and provides healthy meals. The cafeteria is subject to regular and rigorous hygiene inspections. 


Grades 5 to 11

At this stage, the school is keen to prepare students for the future, help them develop a sense of loyalty to the community, and provides them with the knowledge and skills which enable them to keep abreast of advanced technology.

General Education Diploma

This stage includes the General Diploma Certificate. Students are prepared for their prospective professional careers. Providing a favorable educational environment with qualified teachers, and highly competent educators who care for talented and outstanding is our educational priority. 


Al Sult Bin Malik school takes justifiable pride in its thirteen batches of graduates, and in the many outstanding results achieved by its students in the General Education Diploma. A good number of graduates who obtained results as high as 95 to 99% have all obtained external and internal scholarships and joined prestigious local and international universities.


The school has always honored its outstanding students during the annual graduation ceremonies.


In the year 2019-2020, students received 8 external scholarships, 42 internal scholarships, and 73 admissions to public universities in Oman.
